Corgin staff spent their first day back this year at The Chase Golf Club - not for a relaxing round of golf, but rather for an exhilarating offsite strategy session in preparation for 2019!

We certainly had an excellent year in 2018, but we're not going to rest on that in 2019. As Lee Bolman once said, "A vision without a strategy remains an illusion."

The day started with a review of previous years, celebrating major achievements and exceptional results. These include smashing our 2018 sales target, expanding our hire fleet by around 37%, exhibiting at Hillhead 2018 - the biggest trade show we've attended to date, creating an app for real-time tracking of our hire fleet, purchasing new premises for our expanding team, and so it goes on....

As the day progressed, so various speakers unfolded Corgin's strategy for 2019. Two new team members gave us insights into their past experience and shared their passion for their new role, while another got an unexpected 'Happy Birthday'!

Then in the afternoon we enjoyed a buffet lunch, visited our new premises-to-be, and ended the day with a lively 'Start, Stop, Keep' brainstorming session.

And as the day was probably the only one this year that will see everyone together in one place at one time, we wrapped up with a group photo of our ever-growing team!
