Corgin staff recently received an impromptu visit from the Operations Director of a longstanding key customer, who was experiencing major odour issues at one of his sites in South West England. Due to staff holidays he had been forced to adopt a ‘hands-on’ management approach and had decided to call in person to look at what solutions Corgin could offer. Although equally short-staffed on the day, inundated with work due to the hot weather and certainly unprepared for such a visit, Corgin staff rose to the challenge. Nearly two hours later the visitor left having been given adequate opportunity to discuss his challenges in detail and settle on appropriate solutions. He even took some equipment away with him there and then!
