A small wastewater treatment works serving a village and rural community in Hertfordshire was struggling after its main brush aerator broke and the ‘backup’ Venturi and high-speed surface aerator were both failing to prevent settlement.  Thankfully, the area treatment manager knew where to turn to and called Corgin.  Corgin responded rapidly with a Spiral Aerator which provided all the aeration and mixing they required.  This ‘temporary’ solution worked so well that the client decided to make it permanent and soon issued a purchase order to purchase it outright rather than repairing their old aerator.
