With an expanding team and new vigour from the team building day at the start of the year, it was time for a reshuffle.

Until now everyone was in his or her own office to help reduce distraction and improve focus. But as many businesses have already proved the benefit we decided to make the offices open plan to enhance the culture, boost the team spirit and increase transparency across the organisation.
