CarePlan is one of our core capabilities, offering reliable asset maintenance for your peace of mind.

For as long as you are covered by an adequate level of CarePlan and use only Corgin specified consumables, your system or equipment is effectively under extended warranty.

Planned to a Tee

For your convenience, all service visits included in your CarePlan package will be scheduled with yourself well in advance. Before the service is due, you will receive a further call from our Customer Care department, checking that the provisional date is still acceptable and confirming engineer availability.

In the event of a callout, we will normally get a Corgin engineer to site within 24-48 hours, helping to minimise any downtime.

1^st Class Service
