What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?
GIVE IT A TRY! If you think something might be too hard, or you're not sure whether you can do it, get lots of advice, do your research, plan and then go. You will either make a mistake, which will add to your experience and be a learning opportunity, or you will prove to yourself that you can do it.
What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?
Any outdoor activity that involves adrenaline, such as the zip-wiring. You get to see a different side of your colleagues.
Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?
'Focusing on solutions' is the Corgin value that resonates with me most. It's because I know there is a solution to every challenge. Even if something is seemingly impossible I enjoy giving it a try and finding a quick and simple solution.
