What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?
Seeing the projects which I’ve helped organise providing the customer with what they were expecting.
What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?
Not such a great fan of book methodologies. But books I’ve particularly reflected on relatively recently are “The Midnight Library”- Matt Haig (about if you took different paths in life where they might lead) and “A Man Called Ove” – Fredrick Backman (about how human kindness can come from an unexpected person). Advice: (a) Be yourself because everybody else is taken (b) Try and follow a career doing something you really love rather than what people tell you that you should be doing. Listen to “Sunscreen Song” by Baz Luhrmann.
What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?

Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?
Integrity and Focusing on Solutions. Probably because they are closest to my own values/approach.
