What's one thing about your job at Corgin that motivates you?
The main thing that motivates me is the diverse amount of work we do and the problem solving behind them.
What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?
I stand by the methodology of “right first time” meaning if something is planned properly and executed well then it in theory should be done right the first time.
What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?
I really enjoy the team building exercises we do when we all get together at the annual strategy day.

Focusing on solutions is my main priority - with solutions comes results!
What would be your dream job?
My dream job would have to be a world-renowned tattoo artist. Having been a tattoo artist previously, it was a very fulfilling job and came with plenty of challenges to keep me focused!
