Knowing that our products can have a hugely positive impact on people’s welfare on site.

I find Simon Sinek’s philosophies on leadership and teamwork very inspirational, which often challenge the status quo.
What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?
Anything that causes a raucous!
Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?
‘Focus on solutions’. We are often faced with needing to help improve challenging environmental issues on site, but it’s enthusing to be part of a creative team who share a can-do mindset.
What would be your dream job?
As long as I can have the weekend and some days off in the Summer, I’m happy!
