Being able to do things that make a difference and make it easier for others to achieve what they want to.
What's a book/methodology/piece of advice that has influenced your approach to work?
The Big Rock principle. Write down what you want to achieve in a day, then prioritise the biggest, ugliest, or most important tasks first. If you can be disciplined enough to stick to it, it’s amazing what you can get done in a day :)

Focusing on solutions. If you believe enough in what you’re aiming to solve, there’s always one more thing you can do to get you there. Never ever give up.
What would be your dream job?
Helping people when they need a hand is what I love most. If I had to choose, then maybe an air hostess. You get to give a great customer experience that makes a difference and travel the world at the same time!
