Robert Waldman’s book Never Fly Solo is a very helpful one for focusing on a team.
What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?
The annual team building activity days we have, because everyone is working together at the same level, and it brings out character and strengths in others that you might not always see.
What would be your dream job?
Don’t have a dream job, but working in a hospital operating theatre would be inspiring, to be part of a team that can save lives, helping persons go from a bad situation to a good one.
