The enthusiastic team here who are always willing to help out 💪 and also the reactive nature of the work that creates a buzz here in the office.

Patrick Lencioni’s model of an ideal team player (humble, hungry and smart) has often inspired and helped me at work.
What's your favourite team tradition or team-building activity at Corgin?
Our annual strategy days – we’ve tried various team building activities in the past and it’s always good fun to collaborate and work with colleagues in a completely different environment.
Which company value resonates with you the most, and why?
I think the core value ‘being great to work with’ resonates with me the most because it is vital in creating a good culture in the business, by being reliable and working in the best interests of the team/other stakeholders, and always being considerate of others’ feelings and opinions.
What would be your dream job?
Anything that involves travelling round the world!✈️🌍
